Trial subscriptions now included in LTV predictions
LTV predictions in the Prediction Explorer now account for trial subscriptions. Previously, trials were treated as zero future revenue. Now, each product historical trial-to-paid conversion rate is used to estimate the expected revenue from active trials.
The change applies automatically to all LTV predictions. No configuration is needed. In the Prediction Explorer, predictions for products with free trials will reflect the expected conversion value of those trials alongside paying subscribers.
This means you get LTV predictions earlier in a subscriber lifecycle, not just after they have paid. It also makes predictions more accurate for apps where a significant share of subscribers start on a trial before converting.
