Archive offerings, products, and entitlements from your catalog

You can now archive offerings, products, entitlements, and virtual currencies you no longer use. Archived entities are hidden from the main catalog view but stay in your account and can be restored at any time.

To archive an entity, open it in the dashboard and select Archive from the actions menu. Archived items move out of your active list immediately. You can filter for them later using the Archived toggle if you need to reference or restore one.

This helps when your catalog has grown over time and older items are cluttering the view. Keeping only active entities visible makes it faster to find what you are working on and reduces the chance of accidentally referencing a stale product or offering.
