How to have Apple Video Partner Program commission rates reflected in RevenueCat
Apple's Video Partner Program gives eligible premium subscription video apps a reduced App Store commission. When Apple accepts your app, enter its program dates in RevenueCat so charts and integrations use the right commission rates.
How to join the program
Apple designed the program for premium subscription video apps that meet its platform integration requirements. Review Apple's eligibility requirements and contact Apple through the Video Partner Program page to apply.
Inform RevenueCat
RevenueCat stores Video Partner Program dates for each App Store app.
- Select Apps in the project navigation.
- Select your App Store app, then expand Apple Video Partner Program.
- Enter the Start date, add an Exit date if needed, then save your changes.
If you do not see this section, contact RevenueCat support.
Start date
Enter the effective date when your app joined the program. The dashboard accepts January 1, 2016 or later, including dates in the past or future.
You must enter a start date before you add an exit date.
Exit date
If your app leaves the program, enter the effective exit date. The exit date must follow the start date.
How RevenueCat applies Video Partner Program rates
RevenueCat applies these rates to transactions whose purchase dates fall within the configured date range:

When a transaction also qualifies for the App Store Small Business Program, RevenueCat uses the Small Business Program rate. Configure every program that applies to the app so RevenueCat can account for overlaps.
Considerations
Backdated start dates
When you save a past start date, RevenueCat recalculates affected historical transactions. RevenueCat does not resend webhooks or integration events for those transactions.
Set the start date as soon as possible so future events contain the right commission data.
Charts
Charts calculate proceeds for past program dates, but recalculation may take up to 24 hours.
