Android Native - 9.x to 10.x Migration
This release updates the SDK to Google Play Billing Library 8.3. There are no public API changes.
Bumped minimum Android version
The minimum supported Android version is now 6.0 (API 23), up from 5.0 (API 21). Update minSdk in your module's build.gradle if it is still set lower.
Restoring consumed one-time products is no longer available
Later v9 releases restored consumed one-time products through an unsupported Play Store service. v10 stops using it, so the SDK can't restore those purchases anymore. See Restoring consumable purchases for alternatives.
