Intercom combines AI-powered customer service with tools for human support teams. Its platform includes a shared inbox, an in-product messenger, automation, and customer context, helping businesses handle support conversations and deliver relevant messages throughout the customer relationship.

RevenueCat supports two complementary Intercom workflows. An event integration sends subscription lifecycle signals for audience filtering and messaging, such as trial reminders or win-back campaigns. A separate support app displays customer subscription status, purchase history, and other RevenueCat context in the Intercom workspace. Together, these options help teams communicate with subscribers and investigate billing or access questions. They require separate configuration, and the support app links to RevenueCat for account changes.
