Product Editor

Create and update App Store and Play Store products in bulk from a CSV

AIAsk AIChatGPTClaude

Product Editor lets you create new in-app products and update existing ones (prices, availability, localizations, and offers) by editing a spreadsheet, then reviewing a preview before anything is sent to the store.

Use it when you manage many SKUs or territories and want to avoid clicking through App Store Connect or Google Play Console one product at a time.

If the change is small enough to describe in a sentence (for example raising one price or adding a trial), you can ask Rico instead of editing a spreadsheet. Rico still opens the same Review changes screen so you can inspect the plan before anything is sent to the store.

📘Beta

Product Editor is in beta. Share feedback if something is confusing or broken. You can also use Share feedback in the dashboard.

How Product Editor works

You download a .csv of the current store configuration, edit it, and upload it. RevenueCat builds a plan: a preview of what would change. Nothing is written to the store until you review the diffs and commit.

  1. Download a .csv of selected products.
  2. Edit the file (change prices, add products, update localizations).
  3. Upload it. RevenueCat builds a plan. Nothing is written to the store yet.
  4. Review the diffs and fix any red blocker warnings.
  5. Commit. RevenueCat applies the plan to App Store Connect or Google Play.

The editor is a three-step flow in the dashboard: Update product file, Review changes, and Commit to store.

Limitations

  • Each file is one app and one store. You cannot mix App Store and Play Store products in the same upload.
  • A file can include at most 50 products.
  • Play Store exports include subscriptions only.
